   Cancellation Policy

Plum Carlton Serviced Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Plum Carlton Serviced Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. 50% Deposit required at time of booking


   Location

There is easy tram access between the Plum Carlton and the CBD. Tram #1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 16, 64, 67 and/or 72 will get you to and from the city in less than 2 minutes with regular trams running every 15-20 minutes. The Bourke St Shopping Mall, Melbourne Central Shopping Complex and QV Shopping Complex is all within approx 5 minutes walk from the Plum Carlton Serviced Apartments.

The ideal locale. From 528 Swanston, it is just a short stroll to Melbourne's leading Universities and a relaxed walk to the Queen Victoria Market, City Bath Sport Centre, Lincoln Park, Royal Melbourne Hospital, Nova Cinema, Lygon Street, Chinatown and Central Business District renowned for its fashionable boutiques.  Google Map

Collect keys from grnd floor reception, 528 Swanston Street (cnr Queensberry and Swanston Street).

Guests are required to make a pre-payment of 50% deposit of the accommodation at time of booking.
Photo id (passport/drivers licence) and credit card are to be photocopied by Receptionist at check in.
Any incidental payments (eg phone) will be charged to credit card at time of checkout. Min transaction $7.00
Should you not be able to provide a valid credit card upon check in, you will be required to adhere to the property's cash bond policy which is as follows :- Payment of the remaining 50% accommodation fee + $300.00 cash bond required upon check in which is then refunded at check out should there be no incidental charges. Photo ID will also need to be presented upon check in.
Please note: For balance of payments on arrival, credit cards will incur an additional charge. Visa MC and Bankcard a 1.5% charge AMEX and Diners incur a 3.5% charge. Minimum Charge to credit card is $7.00.

There is limited car parking available for $25 per night.
