• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Wai Ora Lakeside Spa Resort will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

From Rotorua Airport:
Turn right onto Te Ngae Road travel three kilometers, turn right onto Robinson Avenue. The Rotorua Wai Ora Lakeside Spa Resort is located on the right at the end of Robinson Avenue.

From Hamilton:
Continue on State highway one south, turn left onto State highway 5 after Tirau. Continue along State highway 5 and then turn right onto Ngongotaha Road (will turn into Fairy Springs Road) to bring you into Rotorua.
Turn left onto State Highway 30A at Pukuatua Street; continue on 30A which will merge to become Amohau Street. Proceed through Amohau Street through the main traffic lights straight ahead into State Highway 30, Te Ngae road. Drive seven kilometers towards the Rotorua International Airport and turn left onto Robinson Avenue. The Rotorua Wai Ora Lakeside Spa Resort is located on the right at the end of Robinson Avenue.

From Taupo:
Drive on State Highway 5 north towards Rotorua. Just south of Rotorua follow main road onto town veering right onto Hemo Street to the first roundabout and turn right into Sala Street. Proceed down Sala Street to the traffic lights and then turn right into Te Ngae Road heading towards Rotorua International Airport. Travel approximate 6 kilometers and then turn left onto Robinson Ave. The Rotorua Wai Ora Lakeside Spa Resort is located on the right at the end of Robinson Avenue.  Google Map

Normal Check in time is 3.00pm - 11.00 pm daily.
If arriving after hours please call the number on your Booking Confirmation during business hours so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Earlier check ins are welcome, subject to availability.
Guests are required to produce photo ID on check in as well as any copies of vouchers or reservation confirmations and to provide a credit card imprint for authorization and settlement of incidental charges.
Complimentary luggage storage is available on request.
Normal check out time is 7.00am - 11.00 am daily.
Should you wish to check out at any other time, please advise Hotel reception the day before so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Late check outs are available, subject to availability.
