   Cancellation Policy

Balmain Serviced Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Balmain Serviced Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. Deposit policy- 50% deposit upon making the booking. Final payment due 7 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival, full up front payment is required. Cancellation and Change Policy- 50% cancellation fee. Departure Cleaning and Administration Charge: Charges charged by the property: 1 Bedroom $250 2 Bedroom $350 3 Bedroom $400 4 Bedroom $450 Please note that the Departure Cleaning and Administration Charges are in addition to the rate charged for the apartments and are payable direct to the property. A security deposit of AUD 425 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. (please note – The Balmain Serviced Apartments charges a credit card surcharge of 1.5% to all credit card payments)

Please call the number on your Booking Confirmation one hour before your expected arrival on the day of your check in to confirm your exact arrival time so staff can meet you at the property for check in and key collection. You will then be given the exat address of your apartment. Please note that there is no reception on site.

Please be prepared to provide your credit card details on the day you check in ( for security purposes only).
Early check in is only applicable if you pre arranged by call the number on your Booking Confirmation. In all other cases check in time is after 2:00pm.
Check out time is 10:00am.

If you have a car in the car park make sure that you have removed your car from the car park before leaving the keys inside the property on your departure.
Please do not contact or approach the building manager on Front Reception or Concierge as they do not manage the apartment you have booked.
