Castle Hill Serviced Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Castle Hill Serviced Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. A security deposit of AUD 425 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please ensure you leave all keys and remotes inside the property on departure.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
