The Budget Apartments Perth is comprised of a block of 12 large, fully self contained and fully furnished two bedroom serviced apartments which are suitable for accommodating up to 5 guests. All are clean, comfortable, spacious and non smoking, offering air conditioning and heating, a seperate master bedroom with 1 comfortable Queen Bed, a second separate bedroom with 2 comfortable Single Beds, wardrobes/ closets, private bathroom with shower, a spacious seperate lounge dining room with lounge suite, dining table and chairs, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware, glassware/crockery/cutlery, ironing facilities and a private balcony/ terrace with outdoor furniture. All towels, linen and tea towels are provided. Ground floor and disabled friendly apartments with full wheelchair accessibility are available. The apartments are very clean and are serviced prior to check in and upon checkout only. Extra servicing can be arranged - charges apply.

   Cancellation Policy

Budget Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Budget Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Budget Apartments are in close proximity to some of Perth's leading tourist attractions, either by a short stroll, or via public transport, literally at the complex's front door.

Travel into Perth City - catch Bus No. 106 directly outside the apartments along Canning Highway.

Travel to Fremantle - Bus no. 106 from the opposite side of Canning Highway.
Both buses arrive and depart every 15 minutes.
These busses also stop at the Canning Bridge Railway station.

Bus number 30 and 31 can be caught at the bus stop nearest to the corner of Preston Street and Labouchere Road (on the same side as the shopping centre). These buses travel to the city but stop at the Zoo, Mends Street Shopping Area and South Perth Ferry Terminal.

A deposit of $200 is required at time of booking,
The balance of monies owed is required 7 days prior to arrival and will be deducted from your credit card.

If you have paid by credit card a security bond is not required however Budget Apartments reserves the right to debit your credit card for amounts outstanding for any damage to the apartment or missing items from the apartment.
Should you be unable to provide a credit card.
the property also accepts direct bank deposits into their bank account; however in this case a $300 security bond is required and must be deposited in to the bank account along with your final payment 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please contact Budget Apartments on the number provided on your reservation confirmation as soon as you have booked.
