Chevron Renaissance Gold Coast Holiday Rentals's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Chevron Renaissance Gold Coast Holiday Rentals will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Chevron Renaissance Gold Coast Holiday Rentals will charge your credit card the remainder of the total amount 30 days before arrival.

Travelling from the South from Gold Coast Airport -
Follow the signs to Surfers Paradise and head north along the Gold Coast Highway. In doing so you will pass through the following suburbs:
* Tugun, Currumbin
* Palm Beach
* Burleigh Heads
* Miami
* Broadbeach
Upon entry to the Surfers Paradise precinct, follow the signs towards Southport.
You are now proceeding along Ferny Avenue.
After passing Cavil avenue (on your right), turn RIGHT into the resort at the traffic lights immediately past the entrance to the resort.
Do not drive into the car park near the bottle shop, rather travel to the resort entry and head for the guest car park.
If you pass Elkorn Avenue you have travelled too far along Ferny Avenue.
Travelling from the North from Southport
Follow the signs to Surfers Paradise and head south along the Gold Coast Highway that becomes Ferny Avenue.
After you pass Elkhorn Avenue, you will find the Towers on your LEFT hand side about 50 m from the corner of Elkhorn Avenue and the Gold Coast Highway.  Google Map

AWESOME VIEWS !!! The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is high on the 21st floor and offers breathtaking views of Surfers Paradise and the Pacific Ocean. The master bedroom and living areas have separate balconies where you can breathe the fresh ocean air any time of the day. This apartment is light, airy and yet remains cosy, which is just the perfect mix for a family Gold Coast holiday.

Apartment 2215 normally sleeps four guests but there is room to fit two additional guests if you request extra foldaway beds when you make your booking. The master bedroom has its own private balcony, a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds with floor-to-ceiling wardrobes. Although it does not have balcony access, the large picture windows provide magnificent ocean views.

The main bathroom has a toilet, bathtub, shower and granite finish hand basin. Towels, blankets, linen and sheets are provided by management and are all freshly laundered for your arrival.

The living room is spacious and provides the perfect place to unwind and relax. The lounge area has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that connect directly to the main balcony; perfect for catching the morning sun or eating breakfast while watching the sunrise. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a flat-panel TV. The apartment also offers free WiFi throughout.

The dining area seats six people. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that contains a rangehood, refrigerator, electronic cooktop, wall oven and a microwave. A washer, dryer and iron for your laundry needs as well as a vacuum cleaner are all supplied.

The apartment is air-conditioned to keep you cool no matter the weather. For your safety, a sprinkler system and smoke detectors are installed.
