To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card.
Please note that a credit card is needed for a pre-authorisation of $300 upon check-in. Guests will also need to present a photo ID bearing the name of guest on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note, parties and large gatherings are strictly not permitted at this property. NO Hens party or bucks party bookings will be accepted!! Management reserve the right to refuse entry.
Any breaches will result in immediate termination of a booking without refund.

A short walk will take you to historic Luna Park, St Kilda Beach with it's famous sea baths, Albert Park Lake, Acland Street's famous cake shops and the fabulous restaurants along Fitzroy Street.
The tram that stops directly out the front of the building can take you right into the heart of Melbourne's CBD to the many attractions on offer there.
Major sporting venues are just so conveniently close to St Kilda Junction Accommodation: a short strol to Albert Park to enjoy the roar of the F1 racing cars.
Melbourne's renowned MCG, Rod Laver Arena and Etihad Stadium are also only a short tram or bus rideor 10 minutes drive.
Caulfield Racecourse is a 20 minute tram ride to the Course front gate.
