   Cancellation Policy

Park Regis Griffin Suites's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Park Regis Griffin Suites will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

The Park Regis Griffin Suites is located just 4km along St Kilda Road from the Melbourne CBD.
Short tram or taxi ride to the hotel's front door.

From Melbourne Airport: Take the Tullamarine Freeway, which continues into CityLink (tollway).
Turn left onto West Gate Freeway, left onto Kings Way which continues onto Queens Road (adjacent to Albert Park Lake).
Turn left at Union Street and left again onto the service lane of St Kilda Road.

By tram from Melbourne CBD: Take tram no. 16, 3, 5, 64 or 6 from Flinders Street Station and alight on the corner of Lorne Street and St Kilda Road.  Google Map
